Hmm, if they are all from Nintendo then this issue shouldn't be happening. Especially with the Toshiba Stack.
Try this: Start Skyward Sword with the nunchuk and wii motionplus disconnected. When the prompt comes up, plug in the motion plus, wait a minute for it to detect the motion plus, then plug in the nunchuk and give that a minute to connect. Try it at least give times, then report back on whether that worked.
