WII MOTION PLUS

i just got dolphin 3.0 and am trying to connect my wii remote to my pc, i have a Bluetooth dongle and wireless wii bar. ive have connected my wiimote to my computer by hitting 1 and 2 and adding a device it connects and the lights on my wiimote stop flashing. but i dont get a vibration or 1 light holding a contant light for me like on a regular wii. I then try to start dolphin 3.0 and go to the wiimote button. I hit the real wiimote selection and press ok but it doesnt work. i then try to hit the real wiimote pair up button while hitting 1 and 2 but it still doesnt work.
I tried researching a bit and found the wii motion plus patch in these forums so i replaced my exe files so that I could use the updated version for wiimotion plus but that doesnt work either....

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

The motion plus patch is for emulated motion plus, but you have a real one. The problem is most likely that you have a rvl-ctr-01-tr, not the regular rvl-ctr-01. If it isn't, then just follow the connection guide to the letter, if it is a tr version, then try the Toshiba Bluetooth stack, as it is generally more successful with these Wiimotes.
