Wii Motion (built in) RVL-CNT-01-TR not working on Windows 8.1, Dolphin 4.02

Hi, I'm new, forgive me if I'm not doing something correct on these forums, I very much need help.

I have a RVL-CNT-01-TR remote, and my bluetooth is picking it up and pairing with it successfully (even without the PIN address). When I go into Dolphin to connect the remote, it does vibrate for a moment but it never registers as "Player 1."

I noticed the old Toshiba Stack is no longer around (which is sad because I have the adapter). I also have the May Flash Sensor Bar.

Any ideas how I can get this to work?
