Wii-Mote Motion Emulation?

Hi, so is there a way to map a ps4 controller to a way that if you flick the joystick up that it emulates the motion of the wii-mote going up. for example in skate it: you need to flick your controller up for an ollie and it would be nice to map a ps4 controller to emulate the movement of a wii-mote going up. not sure how to do it. thanks in advance
