3.5-367 is not the latest version, 3.5-1060 is:
http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

You should easily play 30 FPS on your system

Thanks for your help, but my fps and the emulator utilization falls already in the cutscene at 20 fps and lower!

I really have no idea what it could be, it had already tried two other games and where it is, unfortunately, exactly the same thing.

@LordVador Sorry about that, I saw support so I figured I'd try there, since the game page was fairly empty. Anyways, here's a screenshot of my controls. I have my R2 button to act as A+B on the classic controller to activate the Wiimote, my X button to act as A on both the classic controller and Wiimote, and I use the right analog stick to control it. For other people who didn't read your other thread I quote your original post:

My problem is that in order to register monsters, you need to use the Wiimote, hover over monster, hold A, and drag it to the corner of the screen. I've tried multiple different set ups in order to do this, including using the left analog stick as the IR, and X/LMB for A on the Wiimote, A on the classic controller, or both, but I can't seem to make it work. I was hoping someone here has played Monster Hunter Tri and made registering work, or if anyone has any general advice. If it matters, I'm running Dolphin 3.5-122.

Now you shouldn't map buttons for both Wiimote and Controller. Just configure your Classic Controller. And let IR to default settings

please, can you post an optimal configuration for the game? with 3.5 1060 slowdowns persist. dolphin says 30fps 100%, but the game stutters like hell. I try dx9, with dx11 I have blinking black/image.

Oh wow, I didn't think it'd be that simple. Since you had to use the Wiimote, I figured the A+B combo had to be on the Wiimote too. Thanks a lot.

It does need to be on the Wiimote. A+B on the classic controller does nothing. I still haven't found a way to use an emulated classic controller and have registering monsters working. If I use Hybrid Wiimote, the IR doesn't work. Stuck with using Wiimote+Nunchuk Sad

I got it to work after LordVador helped me. I wasn't able (or at least didn't try) to get it all on the classic controller, but if you set the Wiimote to default, then change all of your classic controller inputs back, you can use the mouse to register. Go to Hunter Notes, hold the RMB, hover the mouse over the monster, hold the LMB, and drag to the book in the bottom right. It is possible to have all of the required inputs registered to the classic controller, but then some inputs would have to overlap.

Hello there. I installed this emulator today and configured it thanks to some guides/video's and all in all the game runs incredibly well

There's just this 1 strange problem : My character moves as if in slow motion, there is no fps stuttering at all (have something like a constant 50+fps) but if i look at my ingame movement speed and compare it to gameplay footage from youtube there is clearly something wrong.

The problem is also far more noticable in the town area then in the monster areas.

I have searched the forums, google and other places but i could not find anyone with a similar problem.

Hopefully I will have some more luck here =D

EDIT : I am such a tard, I didnt have 50+ fps , I had 18... so ahum.. sorry for the post =/

Setting the resolution to 2times native instead of 3 times did the trick.
Also got rid of the black texture lines by enabling texture filtering.

So with my 2 problems solved, time to enjoy some monster hunter tri !

(sorry again for the waste of a post)
