Put the Texture Cache slider to fast, I don't think there's a reason to have it on safe for that game.

Im actually doing really really better now although at some parts my frame rate drops low from 20-13 for abit/ like 6 sec and then mabe either get higher and fall down again or just sit there. (EDIT) i discovered now that i have a problem with the FPS now when Underwater, It drops and stays on 19-13 if i go up and out to breath its 30 , just incase if you want to look at my entire Graphics and Config i'll send them, You might find the problems there that i couldnt :/ 05-03-2014, 02:52 PM
do not use 3.5-367; use the latest builds from the REAL site at http://dolphin-emu.org
You risk being banned by using that version, plus, the latest builds will probably be faster than that. 05-03-2014, 06:28 PM

After I log in the game's brightness is too high, and foggy..., Which is i suppose the Bloom Effect. 05-03-2014, 07:34 PM
I feel like your computer is doing something wrong, go look up the laptop performance guide; you should be able to run this game full speed.
