my biggest issue is not speed as in frames, is mostly sound , on newest versions on various occasions becomes very choppy...
unlike ES_launcher versions its been working great...i understand if old versions don't wanna be supported publicly but for testing if you or someone could share a link of the version im looking through private message perhaps?

The reason the sound is choppy is because the game is not running fullspeed.

Figure I'd ask here rather than make a new thread

I'm on dolphin 4.0, and I was wondering if there was something I could do to get the mouse working better on metroid prime 3. I have to fight against it wanting to reset to the default position (middle of the screen).
here is a screenshot of my settings http://puu.sh/6llqb.png

Where it says Axis, change those to read Cursor. That will stop the cursor rubberbanding back to the center,

Crap I have another issue. I am playing metroid prime 3 with a mouse and keyboard, and I come to a part in the pirate base where I have to twist the wiimote to open some lock
how am I supposed to twist it enough? I have messed with the settings for at least an hour and nothing seems to make a difference.

here's my settings http://puu.sh/6wB8J.png

Sad
Hey guys, new dolphin user here and I am loving the great work. I think I have a unique issue though because I have spent countless hours looking for any info online and I just come up empty! Anyways here goes

When I start Metroid Prime Trilogy the game loads fine but then it stops and I always get the message "Communications with the Wii Remote have been disconnected" when I don't even use a wii mote in the first place. I am using my wireless 360 controller, what could be my issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!

Try pressing Alt-F5 at that point, SleepComa. It should reconnect the emulated wiimote.
