Well, i didn't find any glitches when i was running it and i was getting 60 fps most of the time, only a few drops when there was o lot of things in the screen but it was only for a second.

My config:
Core i7 2600K 4.1 Ghz (Overclocked)
8Gb DDR3 1600Mhz Corsair Vengeance
Win 7 64bit
HD4850 512Mb

I was using the config that hyperspeed recomended, only that i used EFB to RAm and Alpha pass that he was using i didn't, because it was causing glitches in scan mode.
Sound in HLE, but if you use LLE is better because sometimes the sound starts to crack and with LLE disappears

Ouch, your CPU is quite a bit more powerful than mine (Q9550 @ 3.4GHz). I seem not to get passed avg 40FPS, mostly 30 especiall in combat or a door is opened. I haven't tried with the revision you suggested though which I will give a shot with it, thanks. Smile
Q9550 @ 2.8GHz, GTX470, 4GB 800MHz, Win7 64-bit, Intel 320 SSD 120GB

Current build: 3.0 64-bit
Current game(s): Metroid Prime 3 Corruption (random testing from time to time to see if any tweaks will help).

i also have this problem now but only after i changed my computer from AMD phenom II to intel 2500k. before the graphics were crisp and perfect at 1080p but only getting 40-45 fps. now on a i5 2500k @ 5ghz the frames are locked on 60 but the top left quadrant is blurry. this is using the same revision and settings (3.0-226). every other game is fine. i used many other revisions that didn't have this problem before but now they also exhibit the same thing after the intel switch. am i missing something?

I enter the briefing room, Samus looks around the room and then the captain says "Gandryna, enough!". But he says that way before the camera even gets to him, so the audio is behind. Restarting unfortunately does not help.

That’s not a bug that’s just slow FPS, the Dolphin emulator 'loads' sound and music independently from the image. You need a better graphics card or CPU processer to keep up with the sound.

haven't been able to find a solution for this yet either. I have a 2600K with a gtx 580 w/ 3gb ram.

Switch to the command visor and then back to normal view (combat visor). Doing this will get rid of the low res. quadrant. Of course, it's only a temporary measure, as switching to scan or x-ray visor brings it back (and some other changes will as well), so you'll have to keep doing the switch between command visor and back to combat visor every time it (re)appears. To permanently get rid of it, you'll need to use D3D11 instead of D3D9, but doing so will cause the game to randomly hang and the map doesn't look as good as in D3D9 mode. There will also be more slowdowns and it seems there is no way to go to fullscreen mode without getting a black bar in the lower part of the screen in D3D11, which is possible under D3D9 (the game screen in D3D11 doesn't fill up the entire active display area, as a portion of the lower part of the screen is just a black bar).

The above applies at least to me and I should think it does to others as well.

Specs:

I7 920@3.5 GHz
18 GB RAM (PC-12800 DDR3@1750 MHz)
GTX 560Ti (1 GB), latest Nvidia drivers
Win7 64-bit

Rev's used: Dolphin 3.0-294x64, 3.0-232x64.
Internal Resolution: Auto.
Display fullscreen res.: 1920x1080.
EFB to Texture.
Texture cache accuracy: Default.
Audio: HLE, XAudio (48k).

Luiz:

How do you bind the keys for the grapple lasso? I have tried binding one key to all the nunchuk shake X,Y,Z. It can cast the lasso, but cannot perform the backward action. How did you open the door with the grapple in Level 2? Could you describe this explicitly? Thanks.

I wasn't using a emulated wiimote, i was using the real one with the real nunchck. Sorry

After trying to run metroid prime 3 at full speed on dolphin i have tested thousands of builds and finaly found the fastest for this game: Dolphin_CP-DC-fixes_3.0-159_x64
I can run almost alltime at 100% fullspeed with little slowdowns in some areas. The only problem is that i have randon crashs with that message: "GFX unknown Opcode" I think that is a bug with this build and if someone with the skills fix that problem will make everyone with not so good computer very happy.

Note: this build run almost any game much faster than any other version of dolphin

I have a notebook Asus g73jh with i7 920xm oced @ 3.5ghz

OK Luiz. Who has actually used an emulated Wiimote and can get past the door at level 2 using the grapple lasso? Hope someone can respond. Thanks.
