[Wii] Mega man 9 can see my character

The newer Dolphin builds can now play Mega Man 9. I'm using R 4771 64-bit and the game works, it's just really slow. I don't know if it's just my processor's speed (2.261 GHz, dual core) but the game seems to run really slow. Dolphin says it runs at 59 or 60 FPS, but every single movement seems sluggish, from Mega Man's running to his bullets to the enemies.
