Both PAL and NTSC versions work. I believe that the PAL version works better, but I use the NTSC version and it works fine (the only problem is the black box and a few graphical errors)

So what controls do you have to use on this game the keyboard doesnt work, I know the game on the Wii uses the Wiimote. Do i have to do that or is there some other way to get the keyboard to work as controls.

Hi all,

I'm new in this forum and this is my first post.

I would like to have some advices about the settings to run this game.

The game run quite properly but with only an average of 30 - 35 fps (in gran prix mode) but is not right synchronized; is a bit slow.

I'm using this version of dolphin (http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-499.html) and is the 2740 (how can I launch the game in fullscreen mode with this version?).

The hardware that I'm using is the new macBook pro.

Another thing is that I would like to use are the keyboard and a gamepad as 1 and rispectively 2 player.

Hi ^^
You can use the Keyboard, but you must set it on The PAD controls in Dolphin NOT at the WIIMOTE controls!
So If you start the game, don't click with your mouse, press with the enter button(or what your A or START button is) and it will work
fine I use a Playstation 2 controller with a PS2 to PC Adapter

Now i have a problem!

When I play in the 2 Player modus with two PLaystation 2 controller and start the race, all buttons work except for the L1 button (or L button on Gamecube)on the second player gamepad. I have all tried, what should i do? The Dolphin version is: Dolphin SVN r2962
When the second player plays with the keyboard it works !

I have taken the plugin's:

"Plugin_nJoy_SDL.dll+Plugin_nJoy_SDL_Test .dll"
and
"Plugin_PadSimple.dll+Plugin_PadSimpleEvnt.dll"
from Dolphin 2630 and it works!

I have a new problem MarioKart with: it does not create the sav in good place.

Older ..\dolphin\User\Wii\title\00010000\525a5a50\data

Newer ..\dolphin\User\Wii\title\00010004\525a5a50\data

Can anybody update these for the latest revisions. As I had it working fine until I set it the way this has it set and now there is all kinds of graphical errors. I am not sure what to do now. Thanks.

Need advice on best settings / best revision to squeeze the most FPS out of this game. No matter what I do I can only get 28-32 FPS using revisions from 2895 and up...

Anyone tried this yet with the newer revisions that add the Mario Kart hack? I've tried and the graphics are always totally messed up now using any revision 3211 and up. Anyone have this running well with a newer revision? Please post your settings pls....thx
