Nope, I can't reproduce it even after following those instructions, launching Dolphin 4 times with 5 Mii selections each time. I was using emulated controllers instead of Bluetooth passthrough, but hopefully that doesn't matter. I used 5.0-5931 this time, using dual core only.

I really appreciate you having tried to reproduce it.  I seem to have it narrowed down now to using EFBToTextureEnable = False.  I had disabled this hack in order to get the lens flare effect but this seems to be at the root cause of the issue.  I just went through several attempts to reproduce the crash with that parameter set to True and couldn't but reverting back to False did it.

I don't want to keep wasting your time so I'll keep testing with this parameter set to True and if it fixes the issue, then to hell with the lens flare :-) and I'll keep testing the bug again as dolphin and my drivers get bugs in the future.  

If the bug does happen even with the hack on, I'll open a ticket on github with as much detail as I can gather.

So I found out that Wiimmifi will work as long as you reset your system memory before you register for console activation, but there's another problem.

Once in a while, Dolphin will magically erase my Wii console data, which means that if I load up my Wii menu, it will ask me to fill in all the information again.

When this happens, Wiimmifi will automatically re-register, and after another week I get 23915 ("Abuse of console identifier", I'm assuming that means re-registering the same console? idk).

Now that's not important. My question is why does Dolphin reset my console data? And also when this happens, none of my save data is cleared and my channels and miis are all still there, it's just that I have to fill in all the information again.

I've been trying to use Gecko cheats on Mario Kart Wii on Dolphin 5.0-6304, but I can't get any of them to work (yes, none of them seem to do anything).
I have cheats enabled, and I even can use cheats in other games just fine, like Xenoblade chronicles.

Is there a trick to getting cheats to work in MKWii with Dolphin? I've tried gecko and AR cheats, but neither do anything.

Controller: Xbox 360 emulating gamecube controller

I tried entering multiple AR and Gecko codes to unlock everything in Mario Kart Wii CTGP, ticked them, made sure enable cheats was on, loaded the rom, and nothing is different. I don't know if this is because I'm using a rom hack or what, but it's just not working. I also tried using the Wiimm license thing, but nothing happened. Any help?

Can you help me with this error? A dark texture is appearing during the game. Only in sigle player mode.

Try a newer version of Dolphin. 4.0-7840 is fairly old by now.
