Use the latest dolphin development revision, then try the default settings that come with the emulator by deleting your settings. If neither of the above helps, then only buying a new cpu will help (preferably intel).

The pc that video was made on has a i7 3770k, which is MUCH faster than your AMD processor. (Specifically, it has more instructions per second, and thus faster single-core speeds).

i figured out only that cutscene is slow-motion, the rest of the game run 100% 30fps 2.5x AA4sample 16x
