Been searching google without much luck, Is it possible to obtain and install additional tracks etc?
If so, how.

Actually yes. If you use wii-network branch (and dump the required files from a real Wii) you can use the Store like you would use on the Wii. It's even possible to buy a song directly on Dolphin...

Another method is dumping the NAND of a real Wii that have the songs... Then these songs will automatically show up in Dolphin when you play the game...
