wii ir bar not working at all!

so i bought a wireless ir bar but its not working at all i tried dolphin and some other tools that can detect ir but no ones seems to be detecting at all even the candles wont do it

any help ??

I had this issue, seems not meany people out there tell you this either. The IR sensor tries to find the brightest lights and focuses on them. So if you have a case like mine where there are lights all over and maybe the sun poring in, nothing will work along those lines. You need to get lights the emit 950nm. The OEM bar does this. You can also make it with LEDs if you have the skills.

didnt work i have 2 lights in the room and im using normal wireless usb sensor bar it appears to work on a wii but doesnt work on a pc what could be the problem ? maybe i need a driver for it ?? or something ?? how can i make it a usb one ? so the problem is not from the bar .. what could it be ??? not any program would recognize it

yes i bought it normal white one the ir working on the wii but not on pc plz help i payed alot of money how do i know if its from the remote or ir ? because i tried candles trick didnt work too!! how can i know if my mote is a nintendo brand wii-mote ?? yes there nintendo and wii marks on it ???

If Nintendo is followed by a @, you good to go. Does it say motion plug on it?

Yes that is a nintendo brand remote.
yes that is the Nintendo version. When you connect it via BT what does the model number say ( i.e RVL-CNT-01-TR or RVL-CNT-01 )

yes it says something like that what else could be the problem ? im really mixed here! maybe the ir sensor model i have doesnt work with pc ? maybe the wiimote i have is not original ? does it matter if its original or not for the ir ? hmmm................
