You're unlikely to get help if you don't try a newer version of Dolphin first. (And yes, that means you should install a 64-bit operating system.)

You can reinstall windows as x64 and use the same product key.

What I wrote at https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-gc...#pid406214 also applies to your problem with this game, except EFB to RAM isn't necessary as far as I know.

If it improves performance and doesn't cause any problems, I suppose you can keep it on. But if you do get any strange issues, turning it off is worth a try.
