Game doesn't boot on newer builds (5.0 6823), with all defaults. 0 fps, black screen

Used to work perfectly on older 5.0 builds (tested on 5.0 1823), bisect pending

I7 7700, Zotac 980 Amp Extreme Edition, 16 GBs DDR4
Always using latest dev version unless noted
