A weird issue, no matter what controls I map to the emulated wiimote and nunchuck, the character won't do anything when starting the first event (the one with the boat, all the rest are all locked).

According to the tutorial, you are supposed to do circular motions, which in general are hard with the emulated wii, but even shaking or tilting, or swinging does absolutely nothing with the character.

Tested on build 5.0 6823, All defaults.
