[Wii] House of the Dead: Overkill
|
Game is running fine, full speed. Only problem is I get some type of ghosting for some specific lights. (Car lights, street lights, etc)
on most levels this is not noticable, but on the third level it is kinda annoying, as it features many lights. I tried the solutions for the double images and blur but nothing fixed it. Anyone had the same issue? Using dx11 with standard configuration. Also tried OGL but it didn't do anything.

That's just the offset bloom, it's as old as Dolphin (well, at least since Dolphin started emulating bloom). Unfortunately, there's not really a fix for that. It's pretty much the accurate behaviour and just gets so noticible because of using multiples of the native Wii resolution.

This game is played with the cursor of the wii remote for aiming. I guess you could emulate the remote with the mouse or your controller's analog stick, obviously that's not as much fun.

Hello everybody,
I've had a problem on the 3rd mission of the game and I can't find the solution anywhere. 3rd mission is the one with the clowns (like the 1st picture of the thread) When I jump off the platform with the Viking boat going left and right, I have a first round of enemies (normal), then a second (normal) but once the second round is over, I get a dark screen with a few grey squares. Unfortunately I don't have any screenshot. Game is not frozen but I can only see a little piece of sky, rest is very dark/black. I tried with the last stable version (5.0), the very last version, in Dx11, Dx12, vulkan, openGl. Nothing works. Has anyone a clue or a solution? Thanks Gilou 01-28-2017, 09:31 PM
Ok I try with another dump of my disc and made it iso instead of wbfs and it worked

When the gun cursor touches the bottom of the screen, the cursor freezes there until the remote is raised up. Is this normal? The freezing makes it rather frustrating to play.
