Starting a new game (after all menues), crashes the game on the loading screen.

If cached interpreter is used, there are tons of invalid write errors (at the exact moment the game crashes) but still doesn't work pass that loading screen.

Tested on build 5.0 6485, D3D, all defaults

Additional info:

Managed to bisect the issue, game is working up to version 4.0 6974.
Build 4.0 6976 broke it, and from that point on, depending on the build, the game will not even boot (black screen), or crash in the start new game loading sceren.

https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/master/4.0-6976/

Even on those old 4.0 builds, game will crash after playing the first level. So the game seems not really playable on any version so far.

Also, and unrelated, the Dolphin Bisect Tool reported to me the next build of the broken one, it looks like theres a bug with the tool (probably a 0 index bug with the list of builds).

Thanks for letting me know about the bisect bug. Probably yet another off by one error I keep doing when refactoring stuff. >_>

I question that bisect though. That's a fix for the interpreter. Shouldn't affect the JIT, which is default
