Wii games won't boot but GCN will?

  Ever since I moved my OS from a SATA SSD to an NVME SSD my Wii games have stopped booting. I moved a few isos to my android device to see if they were corrupted but they ran just fine.

Any idea of what's going on here?

Maybe the Wii NAND path is pointing to a directory that doesn't exist anymore? Check Config > Paths.

Not exactly an answer but I had the same issue when I was deleting dolphin folders to debug an unrelated issue. 
I think you should try back up your folders then try fresh dolphin install and import your saves back in but someone else might have better answer.
