wii games keep freezing after a little while no explanation

wii sport , mario galxy both have this in game freeze no explanation the sound stays stuck mkaing the sound it was supposed to do in game but in a loop and then i am forced to unplug by computer because dolphin completely freezes computer any help here or is this just the way it is Huh

still has unexplaned freezes i mean usually if has a error message and i can close dolphin but sometimes it just freezes everything Angry

I just had a similar problem. I'm using the newest release and when I loaded up the ISO for brawl (my owned copy, so it's complete and legitimate) it said "please insert the brawl disc" and then when I clicked the X to get out of it, my entire system froze and became unresponsive.
