Wii games cutscenes and cinematics

With PokePark 2: Wonders Beyond, the intro cutscene where it shows the intro it stutters alot. Some settings I can change so that it does not stutter anymore and it is only the cutscenes that stutter. Have this problem with some other Wii games as well.
