That MD5 sum doesn't match either NTSC-U MD5 sum: f23bc9391f2e5075d05bd08dd50cdf0e (1.00) or 0729f9c46e1b9820152362aec9f24a83 (1.01), so if you may have a bad copy of the game and need to redump your game.
Or you're using a PAL/NTSC-J copy, which GameTDB doesn't have the MD5 for.
Or you have it compressed/scrubbed, in which case you should right-click on the game in Dolphin's list, go to Properties > Filesystem, right-click on Partition 0 (and/or Partition 1), and then Check Partition Integrity. That'll tell you if the file is bad or not
