Wii Game not loading in

I tried googling this and there were various posts in the past on it, but every single solution I could find did not work for me. I'm trying to play FE Radiant Dawn. I have the wbfs file in my game folder and it shows up in dolphin, but any time I play it says Invalid read from 0x00000014, PC = 0x80078484. I tried the latest Beta version then I deleted that one and downloaded the latest dev build. The same issue happened on both. I played Path of Radiance first and beat it, but trying RD doesn't work. I don't really want to play other wii games so I haven't downloaded another one. Most solutions say to just switch to a wbfs file, but it just doesn't want to load. I also tried an ISO of it and same thing still happened.
