Don't quote the whole OP next time please.
And dont cross-post your question all over the place. Post any issue you have with The Crystal Bearers in this thread.

What performance do you get?
Download and try stable releases 3.0 and 3.5 or the latest development release. (3.5-646 as of today).

Audio sounds like a bunch of mice having sex when people talk. I don't have any OpenAL on my list of Audio Backends.

I'm having a bit of trouble with a portion of this game, I'm hoping someone can help me.

In the skiing minigame (the snow skiing, not the water skiing), I can't see anything. The player, and just about the entire minigame itself are invisible. All that I can see are some pieces of terrain that are probably meant to be far off in the distance. This makes the minigame unplayable, which is required for a medal in game. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, do you know how to fix it?

I've tried toggling just about every graphics setting, but nothing seems to work. Thanks.

Try RealXFB. Try different graphics backends.

Try using the Tev_Fixes_New branch please as well if that doesn't work: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/list/tev_fixes_new/1/
