So, it seems you need the following in your game ini (if it's not what you have as your default settings) to avoid awful performance in intro video:
[Video_Hacks] ImmediateXFBenable = False However, there's still a strange performance issue that comes up when some tutorial screen or similar pops up in the game. Other than that it looks pretty smooth.

Regarding the "Main Menu Background Video Corruption" issue... it's not fixed, at least in my hardware/laptop
It has 1px gaps even at native resolution (you can fix them with the Vertex Rounding hack, but only if you're above native) and a few corrupted square areas. x3 res: In native resolution, it looks worse: 08-08-2021, 11:47 AM

It's worth noting the Vertex Rounding Hack only solves part of the issue, the vertical lines. Another way to avoid the vertical lines is using certain resolutions (x2, x4, x5) and avoiding problematic ones (native, x3,x6,x7,x8...).
However, as far as I know, the horizontal corruptions can't be fixed. PS: I didn't notice the screenshots I sent (taken with PrintScreen) you have my imperfect custom texture pack. It's not suited for the Wiki, I'll update the wiki with better screenshots taken with Dolphin screenshot function.

Manual Texture Sampling fully fix the issue. I also noticed it doesn't happen with my AMD iGPU, only in Nvidia.
Another case of VP6 Video corruption, I guess. I updated the wiki with the fix.
