There is one issue concerning the controls.
If the user selects the emulated wii mote and the tilt sensor is mapped to a control stick (e.g. left stick on the 360 controller), then the cars are always driving right.
Also if you don't push the control stick to any direction, the cars are steering right.

that's probably because of your controller, not the emulator...

It is already increased.
I am using also other games and emulators without any issue.
Btw it's an X360 controller, which I am using.

Going back to old revisions solves the problem.

Audio in 4.0-7373 is patchy. Not sure if/when there has been a regression.

Anyone else have this issue?
