for me ProgressiveScan did the trick but I see in your .ini that you have it actived, check in the game config

The sound is crappy when I use HLE, and nice with LLE

yes It seems that we can't set this per game config

dis- and enabling the "progressive scan option in the graphics-settings made the trick.

now the game boots, but gets stuck at the loading screen.

Wait a while until it progresses. It works fine here. Waiting a while means, let the emulation happen. If the game doesn't load the next screen right away, wait a while.

I have read the wiki (using latest 64 bit dolphin)

Still can't get this to go past the loading screen

Have moved textures to safe, mid etc.

When I right click the game however, progressive scan is greyed out, (tried to manually add the line to the config progressivescan=1.. no luck

checked progressive scan off an on in settings to see if that helped...same deal..

any suggestions?

Try checking "Speed Up Disc Transfer" inside the game properties. Leave all of the other game properties on default (filled in box).

If you haven't already, "Progressive Scan" has to be checked in the Advanced menu of the Graphics settings.
