I searched the forums before asking this question and even tried IRC so I'm at a loss of what to do.
As of this moment any Wii/WiiWare games only recognize the emulated D-pad. When I try to press +,-,1,2,A,B nothing happens at all. I have tried swapping the controls from my PS2 to My mouse. Still nothing happens when anything is pressed. I even swapped the control system back to my keyboard but still nothing but the buttons bound to the directional pad seem to do anything. Whenever I come across a "press 2 to begin" screen or anything else requiring confirmation in any game I can't do anything because for whatever reason the game doesn't recognize my controls. I have tried this with multiple games but still nothing works.
I have also tried reinstalling the emulator. Disabling the Gamecube controller all together, as well as turning on background input. Still nothing seems to work.
Game Cube emulation works just fine though so I'm confused as to what is happening.
I'm currently running windows 7 and I'm running the latest stable release (3.5) of dolphin.
