You claim we have reading comprehension problems, when at the same time you seem to acknowledge yet at the same time ignore the simple fact.
Even if it were feasibly possible to modify some files so that these "enhancements" could take place, it would obviously slow down the system appreciably, at best. The Wii outputs at a max 480p for a reason. A higher resolution/additional antialiasing/etc would cause a significant strain on its resources, namely its lack thereof.
I used a PC program once to make custom stages for Brawl, unlocking many features. I filled an entire *medium* size stage with pinwheels. The game ran at about half speed.
I then filled an entire *large* stage with pinwheels. The game reliably crashes.
