Hello!

Running Windows 8.1 64 bits with Dolphin 5.0.

I followed the official guide for the Wii U adapter https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php title=How_to_use_the_Official_GameCube_Controller_Adapter_for_Wii_U_in_Dolphin but it's still failing to connect both accessories (Heart-rate monitor + ankle monitor).

The USB dongle is detected though.

I used the Zadig method to put the WinUSB (v6.1.7600.16385) driver on the dongle. I also connected the dongle to different USB ports but no luck so far. I couldn't find the "Direct Connection" option in the Gamecube controller section.

Any idea on what to do?!

I'm guessing it uses a serial link similar to the GBA adapter, which none of the Wii U adapters support. You have to use a real console for that.

But other people have made Ea Sports Active 2 and NFL Trainer work in the past? I don't quite understand. (https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=EA_Sports_Active%3A_NFL_Training_Camp)

Does the adapter work when you plug in a real controller and test a different game?

If so, then this may just be a case of somebody putting something in the wiki without actually testing it

The adapter I use is a USB Bluetooth dongle for the hr and ankle monitors. They said to use the wii u usb adapter as a tutorial but use the USB dongle name instead. The game recognizes the presence (or not) of the usb dongle but the monitors do not connect.

There is no GameCube adapter involved here.
