Game does not boot (black screen). Tested USA version (SKZE52). Game partitions verify ok.

Tested build 5.0 6243, as well as old 4.0 and 3.5 builds, and nothing changed.

D3D and OpenGL, all defaults

I dumped again, and still black screen. Something else must be going on. Are you using something special ? I just deleted my dolphin config folder, set openGL and textures cache to safe, and nothing else, and got same results.

I'm not aware of anything special, I try to keep my config aligned with defaults for testing. It's a small image so also likely unrelated to problems dumping some of the dual-layer discs, and we have reports of it working on 4.0. Not sure what to tell you. Perhaps GPU related, I have an NVIDIA card.

I can confirm that PAL version works perfectly, I still have no idea why US version refuses to boot on my end
