The latest versions of the program I tried had featured some strange clouding on everything! Version 4.0-5110 was fine but since (as far as I checked) 4.0-5256 and above have the same problem.

Do you have "skip efb access to CPU" checked? Some games control bloom like that.

I think Tino has fixed exactly this issue in Ishiiruka yesterday. Someone might want to take a look at it. Maybe it can be easily written into master.
