Finally got past the black screen issue with rev 5696!

But strangely it isn't recognizing my controller!!! @_@

Tried clearing the cache, and starting the emulator every time it wans't recognized but it stills doesn't do =/

Someone knows a fix for that? =S

@ yodaxy: yep, there's the DSP.ini in Dolphin/User/Config. You should replace that one with the one from a new revision, because then you'll also have the 48000 sound quality thingy.
I also tried out the XAudio2 backend, but unfortunately with that selected Dolphin crashes. Not at game start, but when selecting a save game.

I recommend VSync in the gfx settings btw; it'll make the scrolling smoother.

optaviopr: just what I said...be sure to have JIT selected, not JITIL...then close dolphin, start it and start the game...if the wiimote doesn't work, close and start again, etc...that way it works, like, 50% of the time with me.

The noise only seems to come at 1. FMVs and 2. when a stage is getting loaded. (and how I said, you get rid of it by entering and exiting the HOME menu)
What remains, though, are the sound effects being cut off randomly...sometimes they reappear for some time, then they're gone again...seems very random.

yeah I tried that =S
But still not working T_T

I don't have the wiimote now here with me so i'm just trying it with the ps3 controller...
I don't know if this game works with the classic controller or with a gamecube controller... i tried configuring those but the game doesn't seems to recognize them =S

Funny, I haven't got the controller problem so far with JitIL. I may be assuming too quick again though. Big Grin

I got the controller working after closing/opening it for like a 10 times in a row lol

but the game is running at about 60-70% of the speed =S
i'll try to test with other configurations but i think we will need to wait till someone releases a new build that make this game working 100% xD

I really can't wait to play it full speed HD on my tv Blush

Don't mean to clutter the thread but here's a video of the game on SVN 5186 in 720p at full speed. (Give it another 30min to finish uploading).

Can someone PLEASE Undecided try the best revision for the older game that was: revision 4714! Didn´t had any sound or fps problem , maybe if the "core engine of the game" was the same that dolphin revision play it also , almost perfect.

Try it please , and also i would request if someone could post everything to play the game the best way possible, in the first page , also would be the BEST.

Thanks people

so, i've tried this game on various revs: 2.0, 5696, 5186, 4714.

settings with EFB copy to texture, EFB Scaled Copy, DX9, Safe Texture Cache ON, Dual Core, using JIT.

the game runs between 30 and 40 frames: it's playable, but I can't understand why is so slow... I have no problem with other demanding games, I dunno. Huh
2.0, 5696 and 5186 works almost the same for me: random controller problem and audio noises (but you can "solve" them pressing Home button and then return to the game).
4714 seems to be much faster, but, at least for me, it crashes before get past the main menu.

ideas on how to get at least around 45, maybe 50 frames? revs, settings, i don't know what to do...

i'm a Q6600 2.4ghz, 3 gb Ram, GeForce GT220 1gb.
