Wii Controller with mouse pointer

I just noticed I can use my Wii Motes without a adapter in Dolphin but apparently the pointer doesn't work, is it possible that I can emulate the pointer with my mouse but playing the games with my Wii Mote? Apparently it's only possible to set the pointer as player 2 and the Wii Mote itself as player 1.

The "Hybrid Wiimote" option is supposed to let you do this, but it really doesn't work well. I would recommend buying a sensor bar in order to get the pointer working properly. (Not a DolphinBar, just a regular sensor bar)

When I activate Hybrid it doesn't accept the Wii Mote anymore, isn't there a way to use both? I don't want to buy a sensor bar right now.

You can use 2 candles if you really want to use a sensor bar, but not buy one.
