I have successfully got a Wii motion plus controller to work with Dolphin over bluetooth... but...
it won't work with anything else. When I go to game controller settings in Windows and choose the Wiimote, and properties, the testing window is blank. Is that normal? Windows thinks the controller has no buttons or sticks at all. So I can't use the controller with any other kind of program such as xpadder, or GlovePIE.
The standard Windows Bluetooth stack doesn't work at all for me, but the Toshiba and BlueSoleil ones at least work with Dolphin.
Can anyone suggest why this would work only in Dolphin? How does Dolphin get the controller to work correctly when Windows sees the controller as having no buttons?
Is there anything I can do to get windows to see the stick/buttons or any other way to get the Wiimote to work with other programs?
Thank you.
