maybe it can work with BlueSoleil. afaik RVL-cnt-01-TR work only with ToshibaStack (maybe Im wrong), (you don't need a toshiba BTdongle to use the program)

the important part is to press A to connect the wiimote,
1+2 is for syncing (when you connect it 1st time, or when you change batteries)
