Hello all,
I can't make the Wii controller work and I don't know what more to do. Let's see if someone here can help because I'm going crazy.
Here is what I did:
I paired the controller with the USB dongle without any issue
I ran lsusb and see that the dongle's Vendor and Product ID are 0a12:0001
I created /etc/udev/rules.d/52-dolphin.rules and added SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0a12", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0001", TAG+="uaccess"
then sudo udevadm control --reload-rules
reinsert the adapter
After that, I turned on the controller (and automatically connected to the Bluetooth dongle), opened Dolphin, selected "passthrough a bluetooth adapter" and when I start a Wii game the controller's light turns off and when I press any button all the 4 lights flash for a moment.
The controller is an original Nintendo one that comes with the motion plus inside. "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01-TR" is the name the PC says it has (it's the one that I bought with the WiiU). And the USB dongle is a Trust 18187-03.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
