Last night I had a thought, "If dolphin can export wii save files then why not program it to export wii channels?". If anybody will make a revision of dolphin that will do so, please do.

Yeah, yes I have, it's just that I can't get Super Mario Bros. NES downloaded using NUS Downloader, and I was thinking that instead of downloading Super Mario Bros. NES, I could make a nand backup of my wii console with Super Mario Bros. NES on my wii console.

Or use ShowMiiNand to create a Wad of the game by using your Nand Backup

You can use your NAND with the games on them... though redumping your NAND for new games is troublesome I guess
