Wii Blocks

ok so im sure its something real simple im missing here and ive searched the fourms a bit but dont really have the time to scan thro all 144 pages so my problem is that when i load up COD blackops it tells me i need 51 blocks and when i delete a channel or a save game i dont gain any blocks so i need to know how to fix this i.e. add more blocks

This is a known issue you just have to reinstall dolphin.(I think)
