Wii bar?

Is it possible to use the stock Wii bar with dolphin on PC somehow or we need to get a Dolphin bar for it?

The stock infrared bar will do just fine. The problem with the stock one is that it uses the Wii as a power source. If you want to reasonably use it, you have to modify it yourself to run off of batteries or USB. This is true unless you feel like having your Wii right next to your PC (and always on) whenever you want to play Dolphin
