It used to be that I could change the banner.bin file to rename wii games, but now it looks like I can't do this any more. Is it true that the names can no longer be edited? If it is, that's fine; it's just a little annoying to have three games that all think they're called Rock Band, and for SUPER MARIO GALAXY to be in all caps. Thanks for your help if you can point me to a way to change them, or if they can't be, I'll just deal with it.

Dolphin's code for reading Wii names was recently changed to read from opening.bnr (on the disc) instead of banner.bin (in the savefile). In order to edit opening.bnr, you will have to extract it from the game partition, change the names using a hex editor, and then rebuild the ISO. Alternatively, you can create the file C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Load\titles.txt and type something like this:
