Game drops to 1 fps at loading, and ingame suffers the same issue depending on which scene is rendered. Looks like this is the same bug that is affecting 007 Quantum Solace, since underclocking cpu to very low values, makes it work better.
D3D, all defaults except single core and hybris ubershading build 5 6081
I7 7700, Zotac 980 Amp Extreme Edition, 16 GBs DDR4
