Hi guys, the problem with the wiimote emulator (http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=1592#makechanges), come back with 3.0 and 3.5 version.
Can you fix it again? Or i need to recompile the plugins with the code on previous "issues" post? Thanks a lot. 07-06-2015, 02:40 AM

I have an issue concerning the backgrounds, which makes the game later on unplayable.
Looking at the videos of the wiki page, it seems I am not the only one who has issues. https://youtu.be/rJBGqi2nUEY?t=9m15s In this video you can clearly see that some areas of the background are white blocks. Later in this game also other objects in the foreground become black or white blocks. https://youtu.be/rJBGqi2nUEY?t=11m45s So the player cannot detect any relevant object. 07-22-2015, 11:45 PM
Short Update:
Like "de Blob", the issue can be solved with JITIL. With JITIL all graphics are displayed correctly. 07-23-2015, 12:23 AM
Woah, dude, are you using Dolphin 4.0.1 (like it says in the video)?? If so, update to recent dev build (see in my sig) and try again.

Oh, no.... definitely no. The daily builds have so many improvements, so that 4.0.1 became irrelevant. I always use the latest builds but the issue still exists. Edit: Have to correct myself. The issue regarding the white and black blocks in "a boy and his blob" were not caused by JIT. The issues seems to be solved due to a recent change. I switched from JITIL to JIT in order to see, if I can reproduce the bug, but also with JIT the graphics are correct. 01-20-2016, 05:15 AM
Hey, sorry, bit of a bump, but I'm curious as to one of the aspects of this game in regards to emulated Wiimotes.
I've been trying this game off and on since I first started running Dolphin, and after several PC upgrades, I can now run the game perfectly in terms of FPS and VPS and all that. However, a single issue has been present throughout every version, it seems... When using an emulated Wiimote, the jellybean selection menu doesn't work, you can't access whatever bean is on the right side. Has there ever been a solution to this found, other than using a real Wiimote/Classic Controller to play it? 01-20-2016, 06:09 AM
If it has to do with the cursor, you just change the range by right clicking the buttons in the configuration and manually turning it up.

I tried turning the range on Right up incrementally, ending at the max value of 500, but it had no effect. I also tried remapping the right input, just in case it was a keyboard limitation, but to no avail. I still can't select whatever is on the right side.

On latest dev build, I'm failing to get 100% emulation speed during the first level, even with a decent rig (Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 3080) and no enhancements active.
Will report this properly via the bug tracker. |
