Sorry if post in wrong section .....
This is my homemade wii zapper (in progress) , i don't like pay 50$ (10U$D) for one piece of **** plastic Tongue

It didn't look that great as you were going, but now it's not too bad. Very creative.

may i suggest using some felt or other low friction material. I can just see the wood digging into your button and wearing it out quickly. would also lessen the fatigue of long gaming sessions with the zapper.

I also thought in it, but first I need to make support for the nunchuck.

I play call of duty 4 for 1 hr and is uncomfortable to hold with one hand

I use a floor wax to hold in my paint for plastics. I think its min-wax or something. Just give it a dip and it will feel smooth.
