Right, the devices moving to a 64bit userspace from its 32bit userspace chance is basically zero.
Why there isn't the x86_64 recompiler in Dolphin Mobile

Hopefully airmont atom x5/7 powered devices like the upcoming acer predator tablet have 64bit user spaces.

Is there a chance to run our JIT in x64 mode and still load some x32 librarys? Sounds hacky, but as long as the kernel is x64, we should be able to start a hard linked x64 app

The first device that I know of that will be running an x86_64 userspace is Asus Predator 8 tablet.
I'm planning on getting one of those eventually. 11-13-2015, 12:42 PM

I'm not entirely sure how well the Acer Predator 8 will perform. Even though it has the ability to boost its GHz from 1.6GHz to 2.4GHz, the biggest problem I see are the GPU cores, which is much lower than the Nvidia Shield Android TV's GPU cores. Don't get me wrong, though. I'm hyped for the arrival of the Acer Predator 8, but I'm worried that it won't run as well as the Nvidia Shield Android TV due to its GPU. There is nothing trivial about the Dolphin Emulator. If someone wants support for something, they should step up and help add it. Contribute to the project, don't berate those who are working hard to make it work for the majority of users.
