why there is no Speed Hack Options?

There is a speed hack, but some games wont even run in it because it hasn't been updated.

I had a problem with Castlevania and this helps it run if you have problems on the newer revisions also but you have to make sure to turn the aa/af down, disable the "force bi/trilinear" (at least that's what I did and it finally worked...the person who made it obviously has different settings for his rig).
