Dolphin is a dual core application . AMD FX CPUs are only good at multi-threaded performance ...
Even an OCed Pile driver FX-8350 @ 5.0GHz (madness) can not beat i3 4130 @ 3.4GHz in Dolphin Benchmark Laptop: (Show Spoiler)
