Many of us think the "OpenMP Texture Decoder" option is useless and/or harmful.
I plan to remove it.

Post here if you think there is a reason to not remove it.

If you think it helps performance provide some data.

It's not even available on OS X since Clang doesn't support OpenMP yet, and the GCC is incapable of building any of Apple's headers. >_>

Many users report reduced micro-stuttering with openMP. I've not noticed it myself since I turned on openMP, but don't know if I ever had micro-stuttering.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

If OpenMP really reduces micro stuttering, then this option should remain in Dolphin.

I don't think you can prove or disprove microstuttering. It wouldn't show up on a video, and wouldn't affect average FPS enough for FRAPS or similar to detect.
