I thought twilight princess was alright. I played it on the Wii but I probably would have preferred to play it on the Gamecube. The second go at it I really disliked the motion controls (I guess the first time I played it, I was still believing the hype behind the controls). The art style was great in my opinion, I loved a dark/ mature themed zelda. I disliked the entire wolf segments. I also didn't like that there was no way to change day to night or night to day other than waiting so I didn't even bother with the poe hunt.

I loved Twilight princes for its atmosphere and gameplay. Controls, graphics, music etc were all awesome.

Only two things I kinda did not like:
1. The difficulty. TP was waaaaaay too easy. Not a single hard to get heartpiece and the bosses were so easy to see through and fight that I hardly even lost a single heart. Everything looked so great and dark and dangerous but was in fact not dangerous at all...
The only difficult parts where when tons of enemies attacked at once or in the 50 cave-thing (where you have to go through 50 rooms fighting different enemies in each room) when you have to fight multiple knights at once. Those party were pretty challenging.
But all in all the game was sadly waaaaaay too easy.

2. The items. Some of them simply were odd. To name a few: The fishing rod, the slingshot and the weird skateboard disc. Those items were only used like twice in the game and only ever in spots specifically designed for them. They had no real use outside of the few places that couldn't be solved without them. It was like "oh there's a rail I probably have to use the disc here..." wow what an innovative puzzle. Other items have way more applications like for example bombs that you can use to damage enemies and together with the bow and whatnot. Or the hookshot not only to get to places but also to fight or pull items or chicken to you...
The Horse Caller came way too late aswell ...

Don't get me wrong I loved TP and it's definately in my top4 Zelda titles but the aforementioned points really didn't do the game a favor...
